Subject Matter

OpenLottoGPT is a Software-as-a-Service tool for statistical analysis of publicly available historical lottery data. The service is intended exclusively for entertainment and informational purposes.

OpenLottoGPT does not operate gambling services and does not facilitate lottery participation.

No Guarantee of Data Accuracy

Our lottery data is aggregated from various sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or error-free. We recommend verifying all data, e.g. through official lottery websites, before making any decisions.

Use of Our Content

Full republication of our content without our express permission is prohibited. However, you may use brief excerpts provided they remain unaltered and proper attribution is given.

Fair Use & Anti-Abuse

Any feature advertised as "unlimited" is provided for normal, human use only. We employ technical safeguards — such as rate limiting, session throttling, CAPTCHAs, and download quotas — to prevent automated scraping or abusive behaviour. You agree not to circumvent these safeguards or engage in large-scale data extraction.

OpenLottoGPT may, at its sole discretion, temporarily suspend or permanently block access (including paid subscriptions) if activities are deemed abusive, threaten platform stability, or violate these terms. Repeated or severe violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of remaining subscription time without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Neither OpenLottoGPT nor its authors shall be liable for damages arising from the use of the content of this website. While we strive for accuracy and completeness, we cannot guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of the information provided.

As a service provider, our liability is limited to our own published content pursuant to § 7(1) TMG. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obligated to monitor third-party content or to investigate indications of unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block content are only triggered upon knowledge of a specific legal violation, upon which we will act promptly.

Copyright

All content and materials created by the site operator are protected by German copyright law. Any reproduction, processing, distribution, or other use beyond the limits permitted by law requires the express written consent of the respective rights holder. Downloads and copies are permitted for private, non-commercial use only. Third-party content not created by the site operator is fully respected and identified as such. Should you become aware of a copyright infringement, please notify us immediately. Upon confirmation of such a violation, we will remove the content without delay.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright holder or acting on behalf of a copyright holder and believe your work has been infringed, please contact us at kontakt@openlottogpt.com with the subject "Copyright Infringement" and provide a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

Please note that false representations or bad-faith claims may make you liable for damages, including legal fees.

Subscriptions

We may offer subscription services through Stripe. The specific terms for subscriptions are presented at the time of purchase, and by subscribing you agree to these terms.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and automatically renew for the originally chosen period unless you communicate your intention to cancel.

Cancellation can be managed through the billing portal in your account settings or by contacting us at kontakt@openlottogpt.com.

If you purchase multiple subscriptions, you are liable for all associated fees, including duplicate charges, and OpenLottoGPT is not obligated to provide refunds.

Changes to Prices and Service Plans

From time to time, we may adjust the prices of our subscription plans to reflect changes in operating costs, including production, licensing, distribution, customer support, administrative costs, and applicable taxes or fees. Current subscribers will continue to receive the service under their existing plan until they choose to cancel. All price changes will be communicated to you and take effect immediately upon notification. You may cancel your membership during the notice period to avoid future charges.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny access to the service at any time without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms.

If you wish to close your account, please discontinue use of the service or contact us by email, and we will proceed with account deletion.

Provisions intended to survive termination, including those relating to ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability, shall remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

OpenLottoGPT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to users at least 30 days before taking effect via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Data Disclaimer

OpenLottoGPT exclusively provides statistical analysis services for entertainment and informational purposes. Lottery draws are entirely random. No method, algorithm, or artificial intelligence can predict lottery numbers or influence the probability of winning. OpenLottoGPT accepts no liability for losses arising from the use of generated number suggestions.

The user is solely responsible for their own gaming decisions. Use of the generated suggestions is at your own risk.

Governing Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Cologne, provided the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and OpenLottoGPT.
