OpenLottoGPT is a Software-as-a-Service tool for statistical analysis of publicly available historical lottery data. OpenLottoGPT does not operate gambling services, does not facilitate lottery participation, and does not receive commissions from lottery providers. The service is legally comparable to a statistical data analysis tool and is not subject to the German Interstate Treaty on Gambling 2021 (GlüStV 2021).
